McMahon’s Earthmoving & Tree Services 100 target March shoot

A warm and Windy autumn day on the Monaro greeted 55 Shooters for our March club shoot. With gusts on and off, the predictability of targets was very difficult, testing shooters skills.

Mark Gschwend from Bermagui Field and game won the day’s high gun with an impressive 89 points

A grade had a hotly contested match off for first place between John Sankey and Phil Craig, with both men finishing on 84 points. John took top prize after a shoot off

Other stand out results for the day were Charlie Kimber taking out B grade with a healthy 3-point lead on 77 points. Josh Lean also took out C grade by a 3-point lead finishing on 72 point. Jan Redman dominated the ladies grade with an impressive 71 points. Oscar Mower and Jack Newson took out juniors and Sub Juniors with 70 and 63 points respectively.

Thank you to course setting team and McMahon Earthmoving for making the day possible with their sponsorship. Our next shoot is the 4 day event from 30th March - 2nd April including the 2 day Cooma Easter Classic.
